Investment Objective


The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors with consistent absolute returns by investing its assets predominantly in the Master Fund. Although, there is no guarantee that the investment objective of the Sub-Fund and/or the Master Fund will be achieved and investment results may vary substantially over time.

Investment Policy


The Sub-Fund will be investing the its assets exclusively in shares of the Asia Merchant Capital III Limited, a Cayman Islands based Master Fund. The Sub-Fund may also hold ancillary liquid cash.

The Investment Objective of the Master Fund – Asia Merchant Capital III Limited – Is the following AMCIII focuses on corporate finance event-driven investing via listed/unlisted equity and equity-linked instruments and selects deals with liquidity events within 24 – 36 months. The Company will allocate at least 60% of its capital to investing in companies which are either planning or have already listed their shares in Singapore. Furthermore, AMC III will target corporate finance transactions such as pre-IPOs, IPO placements, and RTOs. Other possible corporate finance transactions can be private placements of listed and unlisted companies, privatizations, M&As, re-listings, restructurings and mezzanine financing.

The Sub-Fund shall not make use of any leverage, borrowing or collateral arrangements when investing in the Master Fund.
